Role Description

As natural catastrophes increase in frequency and severity, insurers face growing pressure to improve underwriting precision, pricing accuracy, and portfolio resilience. ZestyAI leverages advanced computer vision and AI-driven modeling to deliver underwriting-grade, location-specific insights that help insurers improve pricing precision, reduce adverse selection, and strengthen regulatory confidence.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to support and grow relationships with property insurance clients. You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, understanding their problems, and helping them get meaningful value from the products they use.

You may have early experience in:

• Client Success
• Account management
• Consulting
• P&C insurance ecosystem

Deep insurance expertise is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to quickly learn insurance workflows, analytics, and our products are essential.

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. You’re excited to grow into a trusted, strategic partner to your clients over time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or direct experience within the P&C insurance ecosystem
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working directly with clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and usage trends
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology
• Comfort working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
• Curiosity and comfort using AI tools to automate routine work, improve efficiency, and make your day-to-day more effective

Requirements

• Support client relationships from onboarding through renewal
• Drive product adoption and workflow integration within client organizations
• Connect client goals to measurable outcomes using ZestyAI solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk Analytics, Data Science, Support, Marketing, and other teams across ZestyAI to deliver a strong client experience
• Identify opportunities for deeper product usage and expansion
