Role Description

The Client Success Consultant (CSC) fosters trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of services that align with client needs and expectations. CSCs maintain client satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service while identifying opportunities for upselling within existing accounts. The primary objectives are to drive client retention, support revenue growth, and provide strategic consulting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions.
• Exemplify the company's mission, vision, and core values daily.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
• Communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Envision the long-term potential of client/contractor relationships by consistently adding value.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset by investing time, trust, and care to enhance clients’ businesses.
• Provide consulting on best practices, tips, and efficiency strategies to optimize virtual engagements.
• Develop action plans with clients and contractors, track implementation, and follow up.
• Maintain current job knowledge through ongoing education, professional reading, networking, and participation in industry organizations.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure smooth transitions regarding contract modifications and terminations.
• Manage conflict with effective problem solving and strong emotional intelligence.
• Maintain proficiency and ensure timely updates in cloud-based CRM systems.
• Effectively manage schedules and prioritize time to maximize productivity.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technology and tools essential for integration into BELAY’s remote work environment.
• Respond to internal chatter, slacks, and emails the same day received.
• Thoughtfully match contractors with clients to foster successful, long-term relationships.
• Ensure that documentation and communication are accurate, detailed, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
• Conduct routine account reviews with the Client Relations Manager to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Able to apply sound judgment to plan and achieve goals while managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using video and phone calls as primary communication methods.

Requirements

• Full-time remote work requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office.
• Occasional travel for some roles.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $62,000 base salary annually.
• Variable incentive compensation, bringing total target compensation to $100,000 annually (OTE).
• Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance available.
• BELAY covers 70% of employee premiums and 65% of dependent premiums for medical.
• Company-paid life insurance ($15,000 coverage) and short-term/long-term disability coverage.

• 15 days of PTO annually for full-time (40 hr/week) employees; 12 days for full-time (30 hr/week) employees.
