[Hiring] Client Services Account Manager @MDS COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION

Role Description

MDS Communications is looking for a full-time Account Manager (AM). AMs serve as the primary partner for a small portfolio of MDS clients, overseeing all aspects of their telephone fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-profit fundraising, annual budget development and management, and all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and completion/reporting of client projects.

Remote candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles; mass-market fundraising experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, fundraising, project management, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally
• This position includes moderate copywriting and written client communication. While a cover letter is optional, candidates are encouraged to provide a brief writing sample or cover letter demonstrating their communication style.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day relationships for 2-3 nonprofit clients
• Coordinate the entire fundraising campaign lifecycle
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and campaign analysis
• Collaborate with internal operations, data, and production teams
• Lead client meetings and provide proactive communication throughout campaign lifecycles
• Support annual planning and budget discussions for assigned accounts

Benefits

• Starting Salary: $70K+/year DOE
