Role Description

This is a remote position.

• LiveHappy Initiative is seeking experienced professionals who bring strong communication, relationship-building, and people skills.
• This isn’t a traditional client relationship management position; it’s a remote, performance-based role.
• You’ll follow a structured, step-by-step process to connect with prospective clients and introduce leadership and personal development programs.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Building professional relationships with prospective clients
• Responding to and following up with individuals who have expressed interest
• Conducting structured introductory conversations to understand goals, priorities, and alignment
• Sharing information about our leadership and personal development programs and the pathways available
• Maintaining timely, professional communication throughout the decision-making process
• Using digital tools and established systems to manage communication, follow-up, and activity
• Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Managing your schedule and activities independently while working within a proven framework

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in client relationships, account management, client success, business development, marketing, communications, leadership, consulting, or a related field
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable having purposeful conversations and asking thoughtful questions
• Sound judgment, initiative, and consistent follow-through
• Comfortable using digital tools for communication and relationship management
• Ability to work well independently and manage your own schedule and priorities
• Value continued personal and professional growth
• Desire for flexibility without giving up purpose or income potential
