Guardian is seeking a Client Manager Associate, Select Market to support the retention and growth of our group insurance business. In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with Sales Consultants, underwriting, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver renewal solutions.
• Identify additional coverage opportunities and provide exceptional service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Develop deep expertise in group benefits products while contributing directly to customer retention and revenue growth.

You are a proactive relationship builder who enjoys balancing client service, sales support, and operational excellence. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of results, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and confidently identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively
• Experience supporting customers, clients, producers, or sales organizations
• Consultative, negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and performance goals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Experience within the group insurance, employee benefits, or financial services industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of group insurance products, underwriting principles, and contract administration (preferred)
• Experience using Salesforce, CPS, Panorama, Microsoft Access, or similar client management systems (preferred)
• Experience supporting sales, account management, or client retention initiatives (preferred)
