Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Career Services professional to handle inbound client consultations. This is not cold-calling. You speak with professionals who have already booked time to talk.

• Conduct consultative intake calls with qualified prospects.
• Understand their career goals and job search needs.
• Assess fit and guide qualified candidates through enrollment.
• Build relationships and maintain follow-up.

Qualifications

• Background in Recruiting, TA, Career Coaching, or Consultative Sales.
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and independent.

Requirements

• 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Recurring commission model (residual income).
• Payouts: Bi-weekly then weekly after 8 weeks.
• Performance-based. No cap.
• Specific commission details discussed during the interview.
