Your Impact

In this newly created leader-of-leaders role, you will combine executive consultant sales with people-leadership responsibilities to drive sustained multi-year sales growth. You will:

• Serve as Cisco's lead advisor on secure, AI-ready network and data center infrastructure, partnering with engineering to shape next-generation architectures.
• Build SVP-level relationships across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky.
• Own the annual account plan and translate Cisco's portfolio strategy into actionable execution.
• Collaborate with Cisco's solution and services teams to develop new managed and AI-enabled offerings for Comcast's product organization.
• Operate in a player-coach capacity, personally driving strategic pursuits while mentoring your team through complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related sales or consulting experience in the technology sector.
• 4+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience managing sales teams or account executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into or partnering with a Tier-1 cable/MSO, telecommunications service provider, or media/entertainment account.
• Working knowledge of service-provider network architecture (core, edge, access routing, optical, automation) and modern approaches to network transformation.
• Experience advising on secure, AI-ready data center architecture, including GPU/AI infrastructure, automation, and observability for large-scale compute environments.
• Knowledge of modern security architecture, such as zero trust, segmentation, and security automation within a service-provider or large enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of developing new managed or AI-enabled services in partnership with product teams, and operating in a player-coach capacity to drive strategic pursuits.

Salary Information

The starting salary range posted for this position is $370,600.00 to $478,900.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.

The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below:

• New York City Metro Area: $419,700.00 - $638,600.00
• Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $404,800.00 - $595,800.00
