Role Description

Client Accounts Administrator

£25,000 to £26,000 · Full time, 37 hours · Remote (UK), with our Cardiff office there whenever you want it

This role keeps clients' accounts accurate, their payments on time and their month-end running smoothly, so they can focus on running their business with confidence.

• Keep clients' account information up to date and reconcile their bank statements in agentOS
• Process payments for clients, including payment files, invoices and payments to organisations such as HMRC and the Deposit Protection Service
• Chase outstanding arrears by phone, email, text and letter
• Prepare client statements and help clients through their month-end
• Help clients stay compliant, flagging any risks you spot
• Train clients on agentOS, including setting up new accounts
• Check in on how clients' accounts are doing, rather than waiting for problems to come to you

Qualifications

• Comfortable with numbers and careful with detail
• Stay calm and clear on the phone and by email, including when chasing payments
• Keep on top of deadlines, especially at month-end
• Comfortable using AI tools and picking up new software quickly
• Know when to ask for help, and aren't afraid to

• No accounts or lettings experience needed; training will be provided
