[Hiring] Associate Director, Client Management @Brilliant

Role Description

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Associate Director, Client Management for our Influencer & Celebrity team. This role will own the day-to-day client relationship and keep every influencer program on time, on budget, and flawlessly executed.

This is a client-facing, project-management-first role. All day, every day, you are the voice of Brilliant to our clients:

• Run the calls, write the recap, chase the approvals, and make sure nothing slips.
• Ensure programs are delivered as built by our strategy and talent leads.

You are hyper-organized:

• Know where every creator, contract, deliverable, and invoice stands at any moment.
• Understand influencer budgets inside and out.
• Have experience in high-volume agency settings with multiple creators and brands live at once.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client service or account management experience, with at least 3 years in influencer marketing.
• Experience in a high-volume influencer agency setting, managing many creators and multiple brands at once.
• A deep understanding of influencer budgets: talent rates, fees, gifting, usage rights, whitelisting costs.
• Experience leading monthly billing reconciliation and tracking account profitability.
• Fluency in project management tools such as AirTable or Asana.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Own the client relationship and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact.
• Lead weekly status calls and client meetings with clear next steps.
• Manage expectations proactively and keep clients informed.
• Own campaign timelines from kickoff through final reporting.
• Build and maintain project management tools and trackers.
• Coordinate across Brilliant’s teams to keep integrated campaigns in sync.
• Ensure compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines and brand safety standards.
• Own influencer budgets on assigned accounts and track talent spend.
• Lead monthly billing reconciliation with finance.
• Oversee specialists and coordinators on campaign execution.
• Mentor junior team members and help improve client management processes.
• Stay updated on trends across social media platforms.

Salary Range

85K–95K
