Role Description

This role is responsible for driving client retention, engagement, and account growth. It oversees a dedicated team of account managers, guiding them to build profitable, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. The position focuses on executing targeted promotions, optimizing proactive outreach strategies such as cold calling and messaging, and evaluating key performance metrics to ensure high client satisfaction. By balancing operational efficiency with team development, this role ensures continuous revenue growth and a high-performance culture.

• Client Retention & Growth: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize account retention, engagement, and profitability across a high-volume client base.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of dedicated colleagues, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture focused on accountability and sales targets.
• Outreach & Promotions: Drive the execution of attractive promotions and retention programs through effective cold calling, messaging, and multi-channel outreach.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain productive, trust-based relationships with clients, including establishing rapport with emerging high-value accounts.
• Performance Tracking: Take ownership of team performance and clientele health by actively monitoring, evaluating, and acting upon key business metrics.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine account management workflows to improve team efficiency, problem-solving capabilities, and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a Team Lead, Sales Team Lead, or Account Management Team Lead position, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving business targets.
• Proven experience in sales, B2C account management backgrounds in banking, finance brokers, crypto, property, telco, multimedia, or subscription services are highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, retain customers, and resolve escalations professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in driving customer retention, account growth, player engagement, or client lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, KPI tracking, and team development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior, performance reports, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications.
• Knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-powered CRM tools, automation software, or process automation solutions) is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
