Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and account expansion by identifying and executing high-value cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities across a premier portfolio of European enterprise clients.
• Cultivate consultative partnerships with key decision-makers across logistics, procurement, IT, and senior management to align Transporeon solutions with customer business goals.
• Lead strategic account planning and pipeline management within CRM to proactively forecast, track, and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Champion customer needs by collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored, cloud-based SaaS solutions that solve complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful experience selling logistics software, supply chain technology, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic account retention and proactive expansion across diverse industry accounts.
• Native/Near native German and proficient English language skills (at least C1) are essential for navigating local and global stakeholders.

Bonus Points For

• In-depth familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), real-time visibility platforms, or freight procurement platforms.
• Experience utilizing enterprise CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and modern sales acceleration methodologies.
• An established professional network within European logistics, manufacturing, or retail supply chains.
