Role Description

As an Account Manager specialising in OTA Partnerships, you will grow and develop Disney’s Online Travel Agency partnerships across EMEA, excluding the UK. The role focuses on improving the visibility, positioning, and booking performance of Disney Parks and Resorts on key third-party travel platforms.

• Lead commercially driven account plans and partner marketing initiatives.
• Translate the OTA strategy into actionable partner plans.
• Collaborate closely with local market teams, marketing functions, central stakeholders, and external partners.
• Balance revenue objectives with brand integrity, market requirements, and an exceptional guest experience.

What you will do

• Lead commercially focused account plans and partner marketing activity.
• Grow Disney’s OTA partnerships across O-EMEA.
• Develop annual account plans for priority OTA partners.
• Lead partner marketing activity with clear objectives.
• Work with country teams and central stakeholders to shape locally relevant OTA plans.
• Build strong relationships with OTA partners.
• Manage a focused portfolio of priority OTA partners.
• Use data, insight, and market feedback to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate integrated OTA commercial and marketing activation plans.
• Manage internal stakeholder alignment across markets.
• Improve how Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort products are presented.
• Track performance and turn data into clear actions.
• Contribute to OTA strategy by sharing market insight and recommendations.
• Build simple, scalable ways of working for the OTA channel.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration, planning, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial judgement and travel industry account management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver partner marketing activity.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and assess OTA distribution performance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experience working across EMEA markets.
• Strong English language skills; additional European languages are desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field, plus a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in key account management across retail travel trade, OTAs, or tour operators.
