[Hiring] Account Manager @Otamiser

Role Description

This is not a back-office pricing job. You own a portfolio of clients — short-term rental managers or hotels — end to end. You are the person they call, and you are the person who moves their numbers.

• Both halves matter: being liked without lifting RevPAR is a nice relationship that churns in twelve months.
• Lifting RevPAR without ever picking up the phone means nobody knows you did it. You do both.
• We hire for outcomes, not functions: your clients grow, and they stay.

What you own

• The relationship: You're the single point of contact for your accounts. Onboarding, weekly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and the awkward conversations when a month goes sideways.
• The numbers: Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rank. You set the strategy per property, adjust it when the market moves, and explain every decision back to a signal.
• The system: When you find yourself doing the same manual check for the fifth time, you build the AI workflow that does it and share it with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in revenue management, hospitality, or account management — with real numbers you can point to.
• Comfortable in the data.
• Ability to hold a room and present performance to owners who are sceptical, busy, and not analysts.
• Communicative strong; possess the skills to lead a meeting.
• Use AI with clear eyes; know it handles routine work better than you do.
• Organised without being told to be; manage competing priorities every single week.
• Dutch and/or English, fluent; extra languages are a real advantage.
• "Just do it" mentality; ship, adapt, and move fast.
