[Hiring] Account Manager @Atolls

Role Description

We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/x) - Spanish Speaker in Mexico (Remote) to help our Commercial Team develop our commercial efforts and build sustainable relationships with great brands and retailers.

• Identify potential partners, leading sales negotiations and closing them, onboarding and implementing additional business opportunities on the platform (Promodescuentos and couponation).
• Build and maintain strong, trusting business relationships by becoming the main point of contact and sparring partner for our partners.
• Develop a B2B2C strategy: advising partners and supporting their integration and growth on the platform.
• Monitor our partners' business results and implement KPI-based optimizations.
• Collaborate with other departments (product team, design, marketing, etc.) as well as with colleagues from other countries.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in key account management and/or sales development.
• Spanish at an advanced level and can hold conversations in English with confidence.
• Talented communicator with ease in building a professional network.
• Understanding of CTRs, ROI, AOV, and other online advertising metrics, with the ability to present them convincingly to partners.
• Previous experience working with the Mexican market.
• Available for trips to Mexico 1 or 2 times per year.
• Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus.
