Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a high volume of client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your portfolio, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through proactive outreach and strategic consultation.
• Monitor account health metrics and develop action plans to mitigate churn risk.
• Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring they reach their "first value" moment quickly.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to advocate for client needs and influence the product roadmap.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of clients simultaneously without sacrificing quality of service.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to tell a compelling story to stakeholders.
