We are seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Game Economy Specialist to join our dynamic Incubation team. As a Web3 Game Economy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the in-game economies of our blockchain-based games. You will leverage your expertise in decentralized technologies, tokenomics, NFTs, and gaming economies to create engaging and sustainable ecosystems within our games.

 

1. Design and Implement Game Economies:

   - Develop and design in-game economies that leverage blockchain and decentralized technologies.

   - Create tokenomics models, including the distribution and circulation of in-game assets and currencies.

   - Collaborate with game designers and developers to ensure a seamless integration of economic systems into gameplay.

 

2. Blockchain Integration:

   - Implement blockchain technologies to enable secure and transparent asset ownership and transactions within the game.

   - Integrate decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and mechanisms to enhance the economic infrastructure of the game.

 

3. Economic Optimization:

   - Analyze and monitor in-game economies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

   - Implement adjustments to maintain balance, fairness, and sustainability in the game economy.

   - Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions regarding economic adjustments.

 

4. Community Engagement:

   - Engage with the gaming community to gather feedback on the in-game economy.

   - Collaborate with community managers to address player concerns and suggestions related to the game economy.

 

5. Security and Compliance:

   - Ensure the security of in-game assets on the blockchain and implement measures to prevent fraudulent activities.

   - Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments in blockchain and gaming to ensure compliance.

 

6. Documentation:

   - Create comprehensive documentation for the game economy, including whitepapers, FAQs, economy flow diagrams, and guidelines for players.

 

1. Proven experience in designing and managing in-game economies for blockchain-based games.

2. Previous experience with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and their integration into game economies.

3. Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized finance.

4. Experience with tokenomics, including designing and implementing token models.

5. Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms and protocols (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Immutable, Polygon, etc.).

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

8. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behavior within virtual economies.

9. Dynamic and multitasking.

 

1. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (Solidity, Rust, etc.).

2. Knowledge of gamification principles and mechanics.
