About the Role

Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, mental health providers, and healthcare systems. Providing high quality human centric support is essential for helping both patients and providers use Rula.

As a member of Rula’s Internal Tools team you will work on building streamlined workflows for the support team, and maintaining the platform for other engineering teams to build their support flows. We are looking for candidates who are interested in working on a small team within a fast-growing product.  You will enjoy this role if you enjoy working closely with your users - be it support agents or other engineers using your product.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ year of software engineering experience

• Experience working on cross-functional teams

• Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Production experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka

• Previous experience working on Internal tools teams

• Experience working on a platform team

• Experience or interest in building good UX

• Collaborative working style, and bias to helping others in the team grow

• High personal awareness, and growth mindset
