About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Mobile SDET with a strong background in Python and Appium for iOS testing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API testing and a passion for ensuring the highest quality in mobile applications. This role will involve developing and executing automated tests, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with our development team to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Appium for iOS

Perform API testing to ensure robust and reliable integrations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and criteria

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality

Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance test coverage and efficiency

Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in Python

Proficiency in Appium with Python for iOS testing

Proficiency in API testing

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with load testing using Locust (Python)

Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline
