Job Summary
We seek a talented and motivated SMB Account Executive to join our sales team. As an SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and generating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned business accounts
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close sales opportunities.
- Handle and overcome objections in real time.
- Provide customer feedback to the company's product team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 0-2 years in sales, business development, customer relations, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the tech industry, specifically job board software, is a plus.
