WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in account management and sales

SaaS and Renewable Energy experience

Knowledge of contractor workflows and personas

Explicit communication skills

Thorough documentation

Effective follow up game

Proficiency with Hubspot

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Build and retain client relationships

Identify upsell and renewal opportunities

Seek out, listen, and put action to needs and feedback from current user base

Maintain knowledge of solar, drone and design software technology

Assemble user contracts and documentation

Work closely with sales, customer success and finance departments

Ability to to conduct remote and in person demos

Able to travel a few times a year to industry events and client visits
