We are seeking a skilled SDET Engineer proficient in JavaScript, Playwright, AWS, and API Automation to enhance the quality of our software applications. The role focuses on developing robust automated tests and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

ClearRoute is an engineering consultancy uniting Quality Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and Developer Experience to deliver innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in test automation.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and the Playwright framework.

• Expertise in API automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Swagger.

• Familiarity with AWS, GitHub, and Docker.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Automate API testing, including GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE functions.

• Develop automated test scripts using Playwright.

• Collaborate with developers to identify automation priorities.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshoot test automation issues and enhance test frameworks.

• Maintain test plans, cases, and data.

• Provide feedback on testability during code reviews.

Location: Pune, Remote

Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Initial screening with recruitment team.

• Technical interview covering automation tools and frameworks.

• Hands-on coding or automation test assessment.
