Dec 17, 2024 - Findem is hiring a remote Technical Program Manager. 📍Location: USA.

We also help HR teams understand their people, to identify talent gaps in their organizations, craft compelling hiring programs and narratives, and retain their best employees. Responsibilities:
- Scope: Help design and drive a new planning process for better predictability, quality and alignment with business priorities and KPIs
- Own the planning process: Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures
- Strategic programs: Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
- Crafted decision making: Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice
- Communication: Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution
