[Hiring] Project Manager - Spanish Native Speaker @Cleafy

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager passionate about driving success through effective project management.

As a Project Manager at Cleafy, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects to completion, from initial planning to successful execution. By taking a proactive approach to project management, addressing risks, maintaining budgets, and delivering on-time results, you will ensure the successful realization of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction, and motivation to team members.
• Prepare accurate project estimates for new professional services projects, considering resource requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Manage the pipeline of professional services projects, prioritize projects based on strategic goals and resource availability, and ensure a steady flow of work for the team.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure project roadmap supports the Customer Success team and business objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, changes, and milestones and conducting project meetings with the clients.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively, while minimizing disruption to the project.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
• Work with the delivery team to transition any agreed-upon project scope and customer expectations to ensure successful project delivery
• Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure all project closure activities are completed, including documentation, lessons learned, and handovers.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to scope and estimate projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Self-starter, quick learner, and motivated individual.
• Team member attitude
• Requires availability for travel to meet customers.
• Willingness to adapt and learn.
• Full-time, flexible working hours.

Plus

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the IT industry and its unique challenges.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with Monday Work Management.
• Experience managing remote or international teams.
