Mission
Trafilea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to join our PMO department. As an IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of IT projects within our organization.
As a member of the PMO, assigned to work mainly on IT-related initiatives, be an ambassador of the Operational Framework created by the PMO.
Guarantee the efficient, orderly, and transparent execution of Projects and Programs of the Company, helping structurize the Reporting tools and frequency needed to integrate the entire company’s resources and results.
Manage the effective execution of the DP program and each project inside it understanding business contexts, needs, and deadlines.
Develop project plans, strategies, detailed timelines with dependencies and milestones, resource forecasts, and status reports.
Solve problems and initiate collaboration within the team; anticipate, identify, and actively resolve issues.
Effectively prioritize and communicate tasks, projects, initiatives, and feedback.
Oversee quality of project delivery and ongoing performance against objectives, to ensure satisfaction is fully met.
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with the cross-functional teams setting the right expectations, and outcomes and ensuring effectiveness and clear action items.
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly internal project status meetings.
Serve as the main point of contact on your project-related items, both internal and external.
Foster collaborative and mutually supportive relationships with project leaders and senior stakeholders, assess cross-functional project team capability, provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the company's project/program management capability, and improve collaborative development and project results.
Centralized learning knowledge database: Create a centralized knowledge database for capturing and sharing lessons learned
Establish a data-driven mindset in the PMO team focused on IT projects.
Collaborate in brainstorming, creation, and implementation of Trafilea Operational Framework and Planning projects.
Design and implement Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Serve as a TOF (Trafilea Operational Framework) ambassador and subject matter expert to the Tribes & Squads you are supporting.
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with the cross-functional teams setting the right expectations, and outcomes and ensuring effectiveness and clear action items.
Enhance interactions with stakeholders, building strong relationships, managing expectations & over-communicating project progress, issues, and risks effectively to all stakeholders.
Provide frequent and transparent status updates on project initiatives, utilizing PSM/CSM-certified Scrum practices and other project management tools.
Monitor OKRs and performance KPIs and anticipate risks & respective impacts, proactively communicating and managing workarounds.
Analyze, adjust, and improve workflows and processes to improve project efficiency and implementation.
+4 years of proven experience leading IT projects.
Proven knowledge of Agile work methodologies (could be Scrum, Kanban, others).
Expertise in implementing and facilitating Scrum methodologies, working with estimations & roadmap alignment once needed.
Scrum Master certification or relevant experience is a must.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and engage with development teams on technical issues and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
Ability to align projects with the company's strategic objectives and deliver high-impact solutions.
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Skilled at overviewing the “big picture” to identify pain points, delays, and blockers.
Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously; including multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and schedule information.
Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure the project is pushed forward without strict control from managers.
Strong structured thinking and process-driven mindset.
Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make best use of limited resources.
Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as a proactive attitude.
Advanced English, both verbal and written.
