Position: Product Manager – Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Location of the role: Germany/Spain/Romania (Remote)

Product Ownership: Responsible for building and managing an innovative CDP product for the hospitality sector.

End-to-End Development: Lead the entire product development process from conception to market launch.

eCommerce Experience: 1-3 years of experience working with CDP systems such as Segment, Exponea, Bloomreach, or Emarsys.

Transactional Campaigns Knowledge: Familiarity with executing transactional campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

Audience Segmentation Skills: Understanding of audience filtering and segmentation based on customer data (behavior, interests, transactions).

Hands-on Mentality: Eagerness to dive into projects and implement pragmatic solutions quickly.

Agile Methodologies: Exposure to agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) with a desire to deepen your expertise.

Willingness to Learn: Strong motivation to build industry-specific knowledge in the hospitality sector.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions.
