The Role:

As the Director of Product at Accomplishr, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our product offerings to drive user engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. You will:

• Lead the product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Drive the product roadmap from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Define product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging user feedback and insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences.
• Mentor and develop a team of product managers to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 10 years of experience leading product strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insights and user needs into compelling product solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving business results.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
