Your role as Agile Delivery Lead will be key to our ongoing growth. We currently have someone supporting us with this role on a temporary contract basis, but we're looking for someone to take over this position on a permanent basis for us as we continue to expand.

Your main responsibilitiies will include managing the delivery of product features and enhancements using Agile methods, in addition to managing onboarding plans for new clients and small to medium sized projects that sit outside of an agile framework.  

Other responsibilities of this role will include:

• Working closely with the product and technical teams (including Software and QA engineers) - as well as the wider team of different departments - you’ll have a collaborative yet intuitive approach for bringing the team together to prioritise and refine their requirements. 
• Capturing the Product Owners vision and translating into a clear set of user stories / requirements that the Technical Teams can work from.
• Helping the Product Owner refine and deliver enhancements that maximise opportunities in our target customer groups. 
• Working with new clients and supporting both onboarding and delivery of client specific requirements. 
• Facilitating regular agile cadence routines (including Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Show and Tell’s and Retrospectives)
• Managing User Stories and supporting artefacts using JIRA and Confluence.
• Continually refining GoBubble’s agile delivery ways of working. 
• With a “start-up” mentality, you’ll be able to work at a fast pace, whilst ensuring you encourage efficient solutions which consider future scalability and security.
• Attending meetings at our HQ once per month, you’ll contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of our service – as well as making appropriate suggestions for our internal practices to help reach our goals in the most optimal way.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analysis / Delivery Environment, with demonstratable use of agile methodologies
• Extensive experience in SDLC (software development lifecycles) and identifying backlogs in software product development for improvement
• Strong understanding of business processes – particularly in a SaaS / start-up environment – and experience of designing and implementing new business processes
• Ability to work independently as our only Agile Delivery Lead, whilst also having a collaborative communication style and leadership / stakeholder management skills to direct teams towards shared goals
