[Hiring] Senior Marketing Events Manager @Billtrust

• Work to partner on the planning and execution of major industry conferences, including negotiating sponsorships, managing booth presence, organizing executive meeting spaces, and hosting networking events.
• Develop strategies and oversee smaller regional events, delivering premium experiences for top accounts.
• Manage impactful digital events and online customer roundtables.
• Cultivate relationships with event vendors, industry associations, and partner event teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive pipeline at events and identify opportunities for future engagement.
• Work closely with Demand Generation and Marketing Operations to assess sponsorship opportunities, execute communication plans, and track event performance.
• Partner with external communications for executive speaking opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and branded experiences.
• Experience managing both first-party and third-party events from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with executives and team members.
• Ability to problem-solve in real-time and maintain composure in time-sensitive projects.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent delivery schedules.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo (or other marketing automation platforms).
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) certification is a plus.

The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $95,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
