Slite is a productivity app with the mission to help teams work more thoughtfully. A bit more than 70 000 businesses have already signed up.

Context

We're a team of 35 fully remote team members spread across 4 continents. So far, we've been growing the business organically, mainly through word-of-mouth and SEO. And we're really happy with that.

As you can imagine, it leaves us with lots of opportunities and channels that we'd like to explore. And that's where you come in.

We're looking to stay true to our Marketing philosophy: build with simplicity in mind, remain ethical, and look for efficiency. This is not a role where we'd expect you to throw tens of thousands of dollars every month into paid channels. When we run ads, we want to get quicker learnings or amplify other efforts. We're not looking for growth hackers.

Our market is wide and our product is horizontal, all kinds of teams and personas use Slite. We have a strong net negative churn. And we're also working on a new version of Slite.
