We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to our PayNearMe team. This position will report to the Director, Product Marketing.
What you’ll own and be responsible for:
- Develop and communicate an in-depth understanding of the payments industry, market trends, and evolving customer demands.
- Gain and apply a comprehensive knowledge of the company's payment software products and their competitive advantages.
- Build, maintain and understand customer personas and how to position products to meet their specific needs.
- Produce high impact, client-facing content including presentations, website content, blogs and more
- Quarterback go-to-market activities to ensure all stakeholders are prepared for product and feature launches (for example sales on how to message, position and sell our products)
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive product marketing strategy; track, measure and report against objectives
- Deeply understand, track, report and message against the competition, and arm our sales teams to compete with them effectively
- Build & maintain user & buyer personas and persona-based messaging
- Deliver product-related training across the company
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials, product messaging, and positioning.
- 3+ years experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company (preferably a high-growth or fintech) OR a recent MBA graduate or experienced marketer/product manager from another area of expertise who’s eager to learn new skills
- Ability to define and drive project execution amidst multiple priorities and goals
- Hands-on ability to build a range of marketing and sales enablement assets, including pitch decks and product positioning
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills; creative problem solver
- Proven track record of crafting compelling messaging and positioning for emerging products/markets desired
- Highly independent worker who loves being part of a team but doesn’t require excessive oversight by one

Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

- Identifiers and Professional or Employment-Related Information. The Company collects identifiers and professional or employment-related information, which may include some or all the following: real name, nickname or alias, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, membership in professional organizations, professional certifications, language skills, and current and past employment history. The Company collects this Personal Information to evaluate previous job performance and consider applicants for positions, to develop a talent pool and plan for succession, to conduct applicant surveys, to maintain an internal applicant directory and for purposes of identification, to promote the Company as a place to work, and for workforce reporting and data analytics/trend analysis.
- Personal Information Categories from Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e). The Company may collect categories of Personal Information listed in Cal. Civ. - Profile Data. The Company may collect profile data, including the following: psychological assessments, behavior analyses, or other profiling of its applicants. The Company collects this Personal Information to determine aptitude for certain positions and job assignments as well.
- Background Screening Information. In the event that an applicant is given a formal job offer, the Company collects background screening information prior to hiring, including results of the following types of background screening: criminal history; sex offender registration; motor vehicle records; credit history; employment history; drug testing; and educational history. The Company collects this Personal Information to screen for risks to the Company and its clients, and continued suitability for their jobs and to evaluate applicants for promotions.
