The digital and email marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This includes managing the company's email marketing campaigns, social media presence, and digital advertising. This role will work closely with the broader marketing team to align digital initiatives with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and website optimizationManage the editorial calendar and content creation for all digital marketing channelsOversee and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysisMonitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvementManage the digital marketing budget and optimize digital marketing KPIs like CPL, CPC and ROASStay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital efforts and achieve business goalsManage and optimize the company's website, including content updates, design enhancements, and technical improvementsOversee the work of any digital marketing vendors or agenciesQualifications
