Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent across various industries and levels, including technical, marketing, and non-technical roles. Experience in the iGaming domain is a must. If you're passionate about finding the best candidates and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, we want to hear from you!

• Source candidates for a wide range of vacancies, including technical, marketing, and non-technical positions.
• Use a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to identify and engage with top talent.
• Post job listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility and outreach.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS (SmartRecruiters).
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• 2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on technical, marketing, and non-technical roles.
• Solid experience working in the iGaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray search).
• Experience using ATS platforms, especially SmartRecruiters.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.
