• Coordination of initial client liaison for DNA profiling development.
• DNA Profile Development.
• Call for applications: Search and attraction of candidates through internal and external matteria networks.
• Profile filtering and pre-selection.
• Telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates.
• Profile pre-selection.
• Development and delivery of Project Progress Reports (Week 1 and 2).
• Virtual interviews with pre-selected applicants.
• Application of technical tests to pre-selected applicants.
• Application of psycho-labor tests to pre-selected applicants.
• Development of Evaluation Reports for final short-list candidates.
• Delivery of shortlist or final selection to the client.
