Main tasks:

• Examine and verify FDA and FTC regulation compliance (check scientific claims, statements, accuracy of references)

• Ensure that advertising statements are not misleading

• Deliver corrections in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Keep up to date with changes in US law and regulations that may impact the company's operations

• Other tasks

• Higher education in Law (could be a final year student)

• 1+ year legal counseling experience

• Demonstrated expertise in FDA and FTC regulation compliance

• Excellent written and verbal English language skills

• Organizational and planning skills

• Strong problem-solving, analytical & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Proactiveness & ownership

Salary

1200-1600 €/mon. net
