Position Overview:

The Associate Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making. This position focuses on analyzing key financial data, ensuring efficient vendor management, and enhancing profitability through meticulous cost and pricing analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, contributing to both operational and strategic objectives by identifying opportunities for financial improvement and supporting cross-departmental initiatives.

• Review Vendor Bills: Verify high-volume vendor bills for accuracy, ensuring alignment with contracts and company policies.
• Profitability Analysis: Analyze product profitability and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Pricing Maintenance: Manage and update the company's pricing sheet, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
• Cost Optimization: Identify areas to improve pricing or enhance cost negotiations, working closely with procurement and sales teams.
• Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to track the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability, presenting findings to leadership teams.
• Data Visualization and Reporting: Create dashboards and reports that clearly present financial insights to cross-functional teams, using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pricing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, pricing, or a similar role preferred.
