[Hiring] DevOps Lead @Dev Partners

We are looking for a DevOps Lead with experience in managing or building DevOps teams to join our organization.

In this role, you will ensure our clients' infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. You will lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers, collaborate with clients' IT teams, and implement solutions that support critical data with virtually zero downtime.

As a DevOps Lead,  you will be responsible for:

DevOps Leadership

• Establishing and promoting best DevOps practices for deploying TM's Core Offerings to enterprise clients.
• Defining team structure and roles, representing TM's DevOps expertise to senior stakeholders, and developing upskilling paths.
• Guiding, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.
• Crafting the DevOps hiring process with TM Operations, including profiling, evaluation, and testing.

Infrastructure Engineering

• Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Managing integrations with client infrastructure and automating deployments with Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensuring infrastructure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Overseeing virtual networking, data pipelines, and database management.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

• Developing strategies for system reliability and uptime.
• Automating processes and implementing monitoring for proactive issue resolution.
• Conducting performance tuning, load testing, and capacity planning.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure application reliability.

DevOps Engineering

• Managing deployment procedures for smooth releases.
• Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Conducting load testing to ensure applications handle expected traffic.

Collaboration with Technical & Business Teams

• Collaborating with client engineering and IT teams for seamless integration.
• Aligning with internal teams to define roles and responsibilities, ensuring smooth integration with other engineering functions.
• Designing cost-effective, secure, and high-performance architecture with cloud partners.
• Communicating technical solutions to all stakeholders.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

As a DevOps Lead,  you need to have:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in leading (or building/creating) a DevOps Team
• Expertise in CI/CD, content delivery for web apps, high availability, disaster recovery, and scaling web applications
• Strong knowledge of virtual networking, data pipelines at scale, database management at scale, and logging & monitoring
• Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
• Strong external communication skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
• Quick learning agility and a strong sense of initiative

It's not required but it would be great if you have hands-on experience with:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc)

Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Philippine time
