About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute an all-encompassing social media strategy transcending boundaries, including strategy building, content planning, overseeing content production, community engagement, analytics utilization, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation integration for enhanced brand awareness and engagement across diverse platforms.
• Curate and create captivating content for our social media platforms, with a pronounced emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Engage with our vibrant community, spark conversations, and cultivate meaningful dialogues about our visionary products and mission.
• Fine-tune your strategies with a sharp focus on data-driven insights and performance metrics.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• A record of successful experience in social media and community management.
• Previous experience in the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
