Support cross-platform integrations and middleware components for contact center technologies, focusing on telephony integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage telephony integration support and cross-platform connectivity
• Support microservices in enterprise contact center applications
• Handle cloud platform integrations
• Perform system monitoring and health checks
• Manage L2 ServiceNow tickets
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
• Support critical enrollment periods (Oct-Jan)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in technical support/engineering
• 3+ years GCP/AWS experience
• Strong background in middleware and integrations
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of CTI technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with change management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Cloud certifications (GCP/AWS) preferred
