→ Keep the CEO on track by managing their schedule, meetings, and travel.

→ Help with client communications and making sure internal projects stay on schedule.

→ Handle daily admin tasks like expenses, emails, and general coordination.

→ Be the eyes and ears for the CEO – making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

→ Experience of 3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, creative, or agency environment.

→ Super organized – you love staying ahead of deadlines and keeping everything on track.

→ Tech-savvy – you're familiar with tools like Asana, Notion, Monday, Slack, Google Sheets, and GSuite.

→ Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks without missing a beat.

→ Previous experience supporting teams in marketing or similar industries is a big plus.

→ Proficiency in project management apps (Asana, Trello, etc.) and other digital tools to keep things running smoothly.
