We’re looking for a Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer to join our Product Marketing team. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing Rasa's global developer community.  You will build projects & demos that get developers’ attention, give talks, write blog posts, and engage on social media. You will be reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder. 

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: UK, Germany, or Serbia 

• This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this position. 

• Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only. 

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. Your job will be to connect with the community of developers building chatbots with LLMs and getting them excited about using Rasa. As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll make an impact on your team by:

• Building interesting things with Rasa and showing them to the world. 

• Developing scripts / apps / utilities to help Rasa developers be more productive.

• Creating educational content on technical topics, making challenging topics accessible. 

• Engaging technical communities to keep up with trending topics. 

• Sharing your experiences through written content, videos, and talks.

• Working closely with the engineering and product teams to improve the Developer Experience of working with Rasa.

• You take pride in your work and stand behind everything you publish.

• You love experimenting with new technologies and sharing what you learn with others

• You have a working knowledge of machine learning that includes familiarity with core concepts, hands-on coding experience, and an understanding of different model architectures.

• Ready to travel to developer conferences and events

• As a self-starter, you generate great ideas and take the initiative to make them happen.

This role sits within our Product department and partners directly with our Europe-based team, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer / Co-founder. All of Rasa’s Product department is based in Europe, while the rest of the organization, especially Marketing, is distributed across North America.
