The client is seeking an organized and proactive Advancing Assistant to ensure the seamless execution of artist bookings. The successful candidate will manage logistics, artist requirements, and communication between agents, artists, and promoters, contributing to the success of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate show details with promoters and agents, including contracts, riders, and hospitality requirements.
• Organize travel and accommodation, preparing detailed itineraries for artists and crews.
• Compile and distribute advancing documents to all stakeholders involved.
• Act as the main point of contact for artists and their teams, resolving logistical issues and managing any last-minute changes.
• Ensure that artist riders are accurately communicated and fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Draft artist contracts and process invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Maintain accurate advancing records and manage related expenses to ensure all details are captured efficiently.
• Collaborate with booking agents, promoters, and production teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Provide on-site or remote support during key shows to address any logistical needs.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication abilities for coordinating with artists, agents, and promoters.
• Experience in event management, artist liaison, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other project management tools.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
