A well-established IT Services Firm, with nearly 900 clients nationwide, is seeking an experienced Windows Support Engineer to service their Providence, RI and Massachussets area clients. This would involve working remotely from home as well as making field visits as needed to clients throughout the state (field work would be about 20% of the time).This is a fantastic company that grew to nearly 900 clients by word of mouth only. We need a tech savvy IT professional who is able to deal with diverse technical environments via systems engineering, administration and troubleshooting. If you are the person that other people seek out for technical advice, then this is the position for you. We are seeking a Level 2/3 support engineer that is very comfortable dealing with Level 2 and minimal level 3 issues. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is a plus.
