Wonders of Maths is an EdTech company revolutionising the personalised learning space. Over the past 5 years, we have established ourselves as a leading tutoring business, with our students achieving excellent rates of acceptance into the top London schools. Our personalised approach is driven by the idea that how a student learns is just as important as what they learn.
We are now using this experience to build the classroom of the future: A platform for educators consolidating all the tools they need to understand a child and tailor their teaching methods to each student. The core of this platform is a one hour behavioural and academic assessment which allows us to understand each child in a way that usually takes months. The assessment results are used to provide tutors and teachers all the tools they need to give each child a personalised learning experience. We want to achieve this while simultaneously creating tools that reduce the time overhead and technical knowledge required for tutors and teachers in a modern world. This will create an environment where we can help every child achieve their potential.
Having validated our idea, we have now joined the Founders Factory accelerator programme to further iterate and then scale. As part of the programme, we have access to expert guidance in a wide array of fields which has helped hundreds of startups scale their businesses.
Our team currently consists of a CEO, CTO, COO, product designer, admin assistant, data scientist, senior developer and a tech intern.
We pride ourselves on creating a fun and inclusive environment around learning. As a company built on the idea that anyone can achieve their potential, we are passionate about honing our skills and creating a path for the right person, not just the person with the right skillset. We’re a small but extremely driven team who cares about what we do, and equally, about each other.
That’s why our values are:
The student will always come first
What we do, we do well
Diversity in thought, unity in vision
Teach what you know, learn what you don’t
Data driven creativity
