We are Upstart.
Upstart helps business leaders deal with digital disruption. We enable them to make smarter, faster decisions. To do this we provide tailored, actionable insight.
We apply a variety of techniques from other disciplines, including extreme focus, timeboxed sprints used in product development, design thinking and behavioural insights to ensure that decisions stick.
We work across a variety of industries and client types. We have a speciality in life sciences and pharmaceuticals and are now working in transport and mobility, built infrastructure, agriculture and manufacturing.
Speed, truth and clarity are central to our business, and any work in the company will contribute to these values. Our working approach is informal and collaborative, and we make maximum use of digital tools.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic we have moved back to a 100% digital way of working, creating insights wherever we are, and delivering to clients anywhere.
