The Network Lab puts the power of the organisation in the hands of each individual.
We do this by harnessing the power of organisational networks: the patterns of collaboration, communications and workflow that drive organisational dynamics. A quarter of all employees are disconnected from their colleagues, driving low fulfilment with their work, a lack of career progress and stifled innovation and creativity in the workplace. We are building a platform to measure the health of these networks, and give employees the tools to directly reshape them and develop themselves. In the long run, we envision this as replacing the shallow and static engagement survey process with a dynamic framework for organisational and personal development.
In a world of work that is increasingly remote, decentralized and self-organized, an organisation's networks are becoming an increasingly critical factor for its success. We believe monitoring the health of these networks and continuously improving their design will be an essential investment in the future of large organisations, and we are building the tools that make this effective, intuitive, and scalable
We were founded in July 2020 and have built the first version of our product and run successful projects with some huge brands including Facebook, Google and Instagram.
The early projects have allowed us to fully discover requirements for key iterations to our product for us to scale both functionality and sales. A key next step is to professionalize the visual elements of our health dashboards, making it easier for organisations to quick diagnose health risks and employees to find optimal recommendations for growth.
This would be a role to get in early as employee number 1 (or 3, including the founders!) so you would be truly responsible for shaping the future of the business.
