Overview
The Product/UX/Tech teams at Spanx are growing as the company continues to expand into new categories and regions. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager who will bring a strategic and creative mindset to the team. You will be a key player in helping to define and shape the KPI driven strategy and end-to-end user experience on Spanx.com in close partnership with UX, Engineering, Marketing, and the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is a resourceful self-starter with e-commerce experience, and a passion for building, launching, and measuring conversion-driving solutions driven by real customer insights, data and research. You not only have a mastery of crafting opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative insights, but also think about product development in a systematic way ensuring we are building a consistent and holistic digital ecosystem for our customers. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will inspire team members and cross-functional partners by spearheading and iteratively launching elegant and intuitive features driving outcomes that advance the customer experience for Spanx.com. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Digital Product.
