About Resilience Lab

Founded in 2019, Resilience Lab is dedicated to delivering quality, individualized, affordable therapy for all New Yorkers.

As the largest and most diverse mental healthcare practice in NYC, we believe that the most effective therapy happens when our clients are paired with a therapist that fits their individual needs and preferences. Further, we create a personalized treatment plan for each client to reach their unique goals using our proprietary holistic evidence-based methodology.

As a part of our team, you share our commitment to lifelong development and learning in addition to having a passion for helping clients. We provide ongoing training for new clinicians and seasoned supervisors alike, as well as an informal learning network for all of our clinicians to support one another.

We are currently in-network with 5 insurance providers and are committed to continue expanding access to quality mental healthcare.
