We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Power Platforms engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with federal agencies, providing strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in the development, deployment, and management of Power Platform solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI and related intergrations for development and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with federal agency standards and compliance requirements.
- DevOps Implementation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and implement best practices for DevOps within the Power Platform environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT operations, and project managers, to deliver integrated Power Apps solutions that meet federal agency needs.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to federal security standards and compliance regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a Power Platofrm DevOps or administration role.
- Proven experience working with federal agencies.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- MUST have Power BI experience
- Strong background in cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.

- Strong understanding of federal security and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar are highly desirable.
