About MindTales

MindTales is a fast-growing mental wellbeing company based in the UAE. Our mission is to transform the region's workplace wellness landscape. Workplace mental health initiatives have typically supported the 1 in 10 employees experiencing challenges. But, by proactively focussing on the 10 in 10, we can prevent these problems before they arise while promoting the sense of purpose and direction that come with good mental health. Our vision is to create happier, healthier and more productive workplaces. We help employers to understand better, engage and support their employees. We provide various digital interactive, science-backed activities and access to wellness coaches in different languages. The platform is designed to equip employees with a “toolkit” to understand and boost their emotional health. We assess each employee’s needs and provide care options. We’ll guide employees through a clinically-validated self-assessment and additional questions to learn more about their needs. Based on their responses, we'll develop a personalised plan to help them achieve their goals and build healthy mental routines.
