We are rapidly growing, well-funded 25-person SaaS start-up (since 2019) with one of the warmest cultures and effective ops around.  We are building an awesome engineering team and have 1 opening for a Principal Engineer and one for a Senior Software Engineer (we currently have 4 engineers including our super awesome and warm VP of Engineering, Dvir Guetta).

We are values-led and have an exciting engineering roadmap ahead building in more growth and sophistication  - ML, AI in addition to the complexity of scaling our SaaS vertical well.

1. We are remote-first, which means that Hublers can WFH or really WFA — so go on and catch the travel bug!

2. “Use good judgment” is our core precept. That’s why our policy for travel and expenses is only 5 words long: “Act in Hubly's best interest”!

3. Support to Recharge

1. We offer robust support to all Hublers including health benefits for Canadian employees, as well as flexible PTO & Sick Time. Work-life balance is crucial and life can get busy, so we put resources in place for Hublers to recharge.

4. Staying Connected

1. Our team comes together for monthly virtual and in-person (usually Vancouver-based) socials. Warning: many laughs are had.

1. Our monthly "Food for Thought" sessions are led by leaders across the team and cover a range of topics that are complemented by external professional development opportunities available for all Hublers. We aim to provide access to valuable resources that enable our team and individual Hublers to “raise the bar” on performance and expertise.
